Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the CLAUDE community mint and related services. By connecting a wallet or claiming CLAUDE, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
CLAUDE is an independent community allocation token tied to the Anthropic listing story. It is a community token — it does not represent equity, debt, or a claim against Anthropic, and no redemption or payout is promised.
2. Claiming
- Claiming is limited to one allocation per eligible wallet per mint window.
- A claim is completed by one signature in your own wallet (gas-free, shown in full before you sign) followed by one small claim transaction whose fee you pay. You are responsible for the transactions your wallet signs.
- A one-time anti-sybil fee of 0.0014 BNB per wallet is charged at claim time. It is not refundable and confers no purchase right.
3. Allocation
Allocations are derived from on-chain activity and are determined at the time of claim by the protocol's published rules. The same activity-based community rules apply regardless of network.
4. Mint window
The community mint runs until November 19, 2026. Unclaimed allocations return to the pool when the window closes and the closing time is final.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". CLAUDE is a claim on compute, not a promise of a fixed dollar value. Inference credits are subject to the terms of the underlying API.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the CLAUDE Protocol is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
7. Eligibility
This program is only available to users who are not residents of jurisdictions where such programs are restricted. You represent that you are eligible to participate under the laws of your jurisdiction.
